Rules

  • Limit of 2 people per service bay

  • In order to use the facilities, the customer must be 18 years old

  • Alcohol, smoking and vaping is not allowed in the building

  • You must wear while in the designated bay:

    • Proper footwear that covers and protects the entire foot

    • Protective eyewear (Customers can buy or hire)

    • Protective gloves (will be provided)

  • Please be courteous and remain in your bay and if you do need to enter a restricted area you must be accompanied by a staff member

  • Vehicle hoists and specialised tools such as Diagnostic scanners are to be operated by trained staff only

  • Each bay is equipped with a comprehensive set of tools; they are to be stored in their respective tool boxes and not shared between bays or leave the premises

  • No hot works are allowed on site such as welding and grinding

 

FAQS

Q: Can I bring my own tools?
A: Absolutely. If you already have your preferred tool, feel free to bring it and enjoy our climate controlled working environment with all the equipment you need.  Please note, bringing your own tool does not lower the rental rate.  Greasy Hands is not responsible for lost property brought in by customers.

Q: Can I paint my vehicle at Greasy Hands?
A: No, our facility is not set-up for painting.

Q: What should I bring for my repair?
A: You should bring any parts you wish to supply and not source from Greasy Hands. 

Q: What if my repair takes longer than my reserved time?
A: Based upon bay availability, you can simply stay longer and complete your repair.  In the instance the shop is booked, a technician will discuss options with you.

Q: Do you provide tire balancing?
A: Yes, Greasy Hands provides both tyre fitting and wheel balancing services.

Q: What if I have started repair on my car but I am stuck?

A: Our trained technicians will be able to help you with the issues you might face. Customers can switch to Half Greasy or No Grease service if they feel that they will need a lot of assistance from technician on site. 

Q: Do you sell parts?

A: Yes, We keep stock of general consumables such as Engine Oils, oil filters, light bulbs, wipers, brake cleaners and rust off etc. We can source specialized car parts for our customers at trade prices.
